Your trust matters to us as much as the clothes we make. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have along the way.
What We Collect
We collect the details you give us when you shop, create an account, or get in touch: your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and order history. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment providers, never stored on our servers.
We also gather a little information automatically as you browse, such as your device type, general location, and which pages you visit. This helps the site run smoothly and reminds us what is in your basket.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, handle returns and exchanges, and keep you updated on where your parcel is. It also lets our Personal Shopper and care team answer your questions with the full picture.
With your permission, we send occasional emails about new arrivals and seasonal pieces. We use anonymised insights to improve the fit, range, and feel of the experience. We never sell your data, and we never will.
Who We Share It With
We share your details only with the trusted partners who help us run Reef: our shipping carriers, payment processors, and the platforms that power our store, emails, and customer care. Each one is bound by contract to protect your information and use it solely on our behalf.
We may also share data when the law requires it. Beyond that, your information stays with us.
Your Rights & Choices
You are in control. You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold, correct anything that looks wrong, or request that we delete your account entirely. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
We will always respond to a request within 30 days, and we will never make you jump through hoops to exercise a right that is yours.
Security & How Long We Keep It
Every page is protected with SSL encryption, and access to your information is limited to the people who genuinely need it to serve you.
We keep your data only as long as it is useful: order records are retained for the period required for accounting and warranty purposes, and account details stay with us until you ask us to remove them. When information is no longer needed, we delete it securely.
