Rates & Free Shipping
Standard shipping is complimentary on every order over $150. Below that, a flat standard rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination, so there are no surprises.
Prefer it sooner? Express shipping is available for an additional fee and can be selected before you pay. We’ll show you the exact cost and estimated arrival before you confirm.
Processing Time
Orders are gently checked, folded, and packed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Most leave our warehouse the next working day.
During busy seasons and around holidays, packing may take a little longer. If anything affects your order, we’ll always let you know by email.
Standard vs Express
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3-7 business days once dispatched, depending on where you are. It’s our most popular choice and free over $150.
Express delivery is the quicker option for when a piece is needed sooner. Estimated timing and pricing appear at checkout so you can choose what suits the moment.
Where We Ship & Duties
Every order ships from our coastal European warehouse, packed with care for the journey ahead. We deliver to a wide range of international destinations, shown at checkout based on your address.
For most regions, any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and displayed before you pay, so the price you see is the price you pay. Where local rules require it, a small import charge may be collected on delivery; we’ll flag this clearly during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking link. Follow each step of the journey, from our warehouse to your doorstep.
If you have an account, you can also view tracking and order status there at any time.
Delays & A Little Patience
Now and then, weather, customs, or carrier volume can slow a parcel down. These moments are rare, and your tracking link will always reflect the latest update.
If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, reach out to our care team. We’ll look into it straight away and make sure your Reef pieces find their way to you.
